"I arrived in Paris in a hundred days, thereby breaking all records, and I can rightfully call myself the champion of the globe trotter. In Paris, I was received by the Slavs who live here, especially the Russians and Czechs, just wonderfully. I will leave for London on the 6th of the month, then back to Bordeaux, and through Switzerland, via Cislajtania to Croatia. The reason and cause of my travels is only my good will. There are no bets here, nor did I undertake it for the sake of material gain, but only for the honor of the Croatian name."
