When Ćiro was the coach of the football club Zadar about 10 years ago, he knew how to cheer up the fans regardless of the outcome of the match.
I remember when Ćiro was the coach of the football club Zadar, the Bad Blue Boys chanted to him from the stands: - Ćiro Pederu! –
And Ćiro gets up from his coaching position and turns to the Boys and raises his clenched hands in support and starts waving and sending kisses to all the fans!
After that gesture, the whole stadium gave him a thunderous applause, he really was a human size and always knew how to accept criticism or a joke at his expense!
