How did Adolf research the history of Varaždin?
Adolf was a high school teacher, historian and pedagogue who helped to found the city museum.
He is the author of several works and monographs: "Notes on some houses in Varaždin" in the "Memorial of the Varaždin Museum 1925-1935." (1935), "Familes francaise en Croatie" (1939) and many others.
Probably his most significant work is "Historical Monuments of the Free and Royal City of Varaždin" (1944), which he edited together with Zlatko Tanodi. With his scientific and research work, this historian and pedagogue influenced the work of the then young Bogdan Krizman.
